‘Big Deal:’ Local Newspaper Names Kaivac a Top Workplace

The list of award winners are based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey service, Energage, LLC, a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture and worker satisfaction.
