WICHITA, KS -- QSI Facilities, a provider of facilities services, has acquired Security Source’s Lock & Hardware Division, which provides, installs and services lock and hardware equipment across North America.

This acquisition provides QSI with access to high quality vendors for multi-location installation, service and support to manage clients’ day-to-day lock and hardware needs. This acquisition continues QSI’s growth in expanding their North American critical solutions capabilities for their customers.

Headquartered in Wilmington, MA, Security Source Lock & Hardware will operate as a division of QSI Facilities. Justin Wormell, president of the Lock & Hardware division, will join QSI as a critical part of their leadership team. In that role, he will be tasked with expanding sales and service of lock & hardware products, across QSI’s national footprint.

"We are proud to welcome Justin Wormell along with Security Source Lock & Hardware’s employees, customers and field partners to the QSI family," said Eric Crabb, president of QSI. "Both companies share remarkably similar cultures, values, and approach to customer service. We look forward to leveraging our combined strengths to create even greater value for our customers."

Located in the nation's heartland just outside Wichita, Kansas, QSI Facilities has grown over the past two decades to become a top-performing provider of facilities maintenance and construction services.
