SUNNYVALE, CA -- Mojave Energy Systems, founded to change the nature of air conditioning, has announced that its ArctiDry units in the field have surpassed 100,000 cumulative operating hours, with their patented liquid desiccant systems delivering an industry-leading 99.7% uptime. This milestone underscores the proven reliability and performance of Mojave’s technology, which combines advanced humidity control with energy efficiency to meet the most demanding HVAC applications. “We are thrilled to report on the success of our patented liquid desiccant HVAC solution; it is ideal for commercial spaces that require cool, fresh, and dehumidified air,” said Aaron Meles, Vice President of Product, Mojave Energy Systems. “With active nationwide installations in a wide range of commercial environments, including manufacturing facilities, libraries, universities, research laboratories, retail businesses, hotels, grocery stores, and warehouses, Mojave has demonstrated these impressive reliability numbers in a wide variety of applications and across diverse climate conditions.” ArctiDry is an easy-to-install commercial HVAC solution that improves indoor air quality, while using significantly less electricity to simultaneously maximize comfort and lower costs. It consistently supplies air at dew points ranging from 55°F down to 35°F. The system is designed to independently control dry bulb and dew point, which gives facilities managers the ability to dehumidify the air without needing to overcool, increasing indoor comfort while decreasing energy use. Additionally, ArctiDry’s unparalleled ISMRE2 efficiency rating (up to 11 lbs/kWh and up to 14 lbs/kWh with ERV) dramatically lowers electricity consumption by up to 50 percent. In addition to providing precise temperature and humidity levels, ArctiDry can drop into existing HVAC infrastructure, requires minimal maintenance, and helps customers achieve Net Zero compliance. “Today’s businesses need more efficient, better quality air conditioning that they can rely on,” said Meles. “At Mojave, our mission to change the nature of air conditioning helps customers realize tangible benefits, including lower energy bills, improved air quality, and systems they can count on day after day.” Backed by multiple patents and UL certifications, Mojave’s innovations set a new standard for performance and dependability in commercial applications.
