Harris Williams Advises Service Logic on Sale to LGP

CHARLOTTE, NC -- Harris Williams, an investment bank specializing in M&A services, has advised Service Logic, a commercial HVAC services provider, on its sale to Leonard Green & Partners, L.P.

The transaction was led by Bob Baltimore, Brian Lucas, Anthony Basmajian, Bryce Walker and Brian Holden of the Harris Williams Business Services Group.
