HOUSTON -- Based on survey results and with ongoing uncertainties about the pandemic, IFMA has decided to relocate World Workplace to the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL Oct. 26-28, 2021.

For the safety and convenience of all attendees, World Workplace is moving to a self-contained
venue. Between IFMA and the Gaylord Resort, more than 200 cleaning, health and safety
protocols will be observed on site.

Gaylord Palms Resort is only 20 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and just a five-
minute drive to the Theme Park Capital of the World, which includes Walt Disney World.

Attendees can visit with confidence, knowing that the theme parks, attractions, hotels and other
businesses are working closely with medical experts to ensure a healthy travel experience.

World Workplace will resume its full-fledged program, offering nearly 50 educational sessions,
keynote speakers, Welcome Reception, expo hall, education arenas and IFMA’s Awards of
Excellence. This year’s conference will also have a new schedule format allowing attendees to
jumpstart their educational experience on the first day.

Pricing and program details will be made available soon at worldworkplace.ifma.org.
