PSG Acquires Dositec for Hydro Systems

CINCINNATI -- PSG, an operating company of Dover Corporation, has completed its acquisition of Dositec Sistemas, a provider of dispensing systems for laundry, foodservice and commercial cleaning companies.

Hydro Systems, part of Dover’s Pump Solutions Group (“PSG”) unit, was previously an exclusive supplier of Dositec chemical management systems in North America. 

“This acquisition clearly strengthens PSG and Hydro because it enhances our product development capabilities and enables us to support more customers around the world,” added John Goetz, global product manager, Hydro Systems. “We are excited for the future of the Dositec product line, which will simplify and improve the laundry process.”

Dositec’s focus on connected capabilities supports Hydro Connect, a cloud-based IoT platform from Hydro Systems that gives chemical providers and end users a detailed view of laundry alarms, production information, chemical and water usage, costs and more.
