The transaction represents the 35th and 36th acquisitions for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, CEO and President of Imperial Dade, respectively.

Headquartered in Miami-Dade County, Florida, EC Supplies is a specialty distributor of janitorial supplies and cleaning equipment with one facility in Miami, FL. With over 17 years of experience, the company has built a strong reputation for its knowledgeable sales force, wide breath of products, and high touch customer service.
