LOS ANGELES -- Transwestern Real Estate Services’ Neal Perkey, general manager of asset services, has been named the 2021 Property Manager of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles.
Perkey serves as the property manager for 801 Tower, a 25-story, 356,000-square-foot office tower in downtown LA.
Recipients of BOMA’s Property Manager of the Year recognition demonstrate outstanding contributions to the commercial real estate industry through quality building management and professional growth.
