4M Makes New Hire, Promotes in Five Markets

ST. LOUIS -- 4M Building Solutions, a commercial cleaning and janitorial services company, has announced a new hire and promotions in five of its markets.

In Indianapolis, Ind., Patrick Knafel was hired as a Regional Manager.

Kevin LeGris was promoted to Account Manager at CAT in Peoria, Ill.

In St. Louis, Brandon Meredith was promoted to Regional Coordinator, and Rina Andrade was promoted to District Manager.

Alexa Salas was promoted to Field Manager in Columbus, Ohio.

And in Nashville, Tenn., Tracy Lyon was hired as an Account Manager.
