Thermal Concepts to Acquire Irvine Mechanical

MIAMI -- Thermal Concepts, a provider of commercial HVAC maintenance, repair and installation services in Florida, has acquired Irvine Mechanical, Inc.

Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Orlando, Fla., Irvine Mechanical provides HVAC maintenance and installation services to commercial and industrial customers throughout the state. Over its 30-year history, it has developed a reputation for outstanding quality and reliability in the Central Florida market.

Thermal Concepts is a portfolio company of Trivest Partners LP and Halmos Capital Partners.
