ST. LOUIS -- 4M Building Solutions has been retained for cleaning and janitorial services at three facilities in Indianapolis and Greencastle, IN.

The new business includes the Sandor Building, 10689 N. Pennsylvania St., and Dormakaba USA Inc., 6161 E. 71st St. in Indianapolis. In Greencastle, 4M is cleaning the Ascena distribution center for e-commerce.

The Sandor Building houses the corporate headquarters of Sandor Development, a privately held shopping center developer. The headquarters for Dormakaba USA, a top-three global company specializing in access controls and security, is 500,000 square feet—about ten football fields in size.
