4M Grows in Hometown with Seven New Bids |

ST. LOUIS -- 4M Building Solutions has picked up contracts for cleaning and janitorial services covering seven facilities in its home town of Clayton and Chesterfield, Missouri. The properties, managed by Gershman Commercial Real Estate, occupy nearly 517,000 square feet of space. In Chesterfield, those properties include One Chesterfield Place, 14755 N. Outer Forty Road; Black’s Ridge, 16253 Swingley Ridge Rd.; and Woodsmill Office Center, 390 S. Wood Mill. In Clayton, 4M will provide cleaning and janitorial services at 8151 Clayton Road and at three Old Town buildings at 150, 165, and 168 N.
