Imperial Dade Acquires Three More in Canada

SCARBOROUGH, Ontario -- Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies, announced the acquisition of three companies in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec.

In Toronto, the company acquired Action Paper & Packaging. Founded over 30 years ago, Action has been a leading distributor of paper goods, packaging materials, material handling equipment and other safety and janitorial products.

The management team consisting of Nick Shaw, Ken Apple and Bill Belben, have promoted a customer centric culture that is evident in the strong relationships and growth over the years.

The acquisition of Solutions Sherby of Granby, Quebec, founded in 1989, brings Dade a core offering of product solutions across janitorial sanitation, industrial packaging and health and safety. By leveraging Imperial Dade Canada’s market leading platform, Solutions Sherby customers can expect the same exceptional customized service coupled with an even greater offering of products and solutions.
