Ecolab Buys Deloitte’s Brand Ops Services

ST. PAUL, MN -- Ecolab Inc., a hygiene and infection prevention company, has acquired the Brand Operations Services business from Deloitte.

The business and its TrueView analytics platform will reside in the EcoSure business, creating a global leader in brand protection serving the world’s leading hospitality, restaurant and retail brands in more than 110 countries, said Ecolab.

The acquisition follows Ecolab’s recent acquisition of technology-driven public health company, Hazel Analytics. The Hazel Analytics team within EcoSure continues to provide the food safety and regulatory compliance-focused Health Department Intelligence platform used by the majority of the country’s largest food service and retail brands.

Brand Operations Services will continue to offer client brand standard services, including onsite inspections and data-driven analytics.
