BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions Grows in Texas, NY/NJ

BELL, CA – BradyIFS + Envoy Solutions, a distributor of jan-san, food service disposables and industrial packaging products, has acquired two companies in the past month, Sierra Packaging, Inc. and Qualmax Supplies, Inc.

Sierra Packaging is a distributor serving the East Texas marketplace., and Qualmax Supplies, Inc., Carteret, NJ, is a distributor serving the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut marketplaces. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.

Sierra offers a wide array of packaging, food service disposables, jan-san and safety products. Led by Larry and Christie Johnson since 1996, the company has grown to become a leading distributor in the markets and geographies they serve.

Joel Greenfield founded Qualmax in 2007. In 2009, he joined forces with partner Abe Klein and together they’ve grown the company into a significant institutional distribution enterprise.
