JERSEY CITY, NJ -- Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging, papers and janitorial supplies, continues its acquisition growth strategy in Canada, New York and Illinois.
In Canada, the company acquired Canpaco, Inc., Crystal Poly Converters, Arcadian Paper Converters, Inc., and Canadian Paper & Packaging Co. LTD. The transaction represents the 87th for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively.
Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. Imperial Dade remains committed to the strategic focus created more than 15 years ago to continue to grow both through organic initiatives and a disciplined acquisition process. Imperial Dade is a portfolio company of Bain Capital, a private investment company.

In Rochester, NY, the acquisition of 3G Packaging, Inc. represents the 86th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of the Tillis brothers. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
3G was established in 2016 by Vince Stango following the merger of Acker-Pak and CIPS two companies in the industrial distribution industry. The Company lives by its name 3G Packaging; meaning “Great Products, Great Service and Great People.”
The Company services its loyal and diverse customer base throughout upstate New York from its three locations in Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse.

In Decatur, IL, R.D. McMillen, Inc. (“RDM” or the “Company”). The transaction represents the 85th acquisition for Imperial Dade under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, Chairman and CEO of Imperial Dade, respectively. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
With history dating back to 1964, RDM has a legacy of providing top tier janitorial solutions, service and expertise with coverage across Illinois.
Owned and operated by Shannon McMillen-Binder, the company remains committed to providing their customers and associates with the highest level of attention.
