Wolfpack Joins Imperial Dade

NEWMARKET, Ontario -- Imperial Dade, a distributor of packaging and janitorial supplies, has acquired Wolfpack Packaging, Inc., its 84th acquisition under the leadership of Robert and Jason Tillis, chairman and CEO, respectively.

Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed. A Bain Capital Private Equity portfolio company, Imperial Dade remains committed to the strategic focus created more than 15 years ago to continue to grow both through organic initiatives and a disciplined acquisition process.
