4M Buys Covenant Building Service

ST. LOUIS -- O2 Investment Partners, an equity firm, has announced that 4M Building Solutions, a commercial cleaning and janitorial services platform, has completed the acquisition of Covenant Building Service of Hendersonville, Tenn.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it’s the 4M’s eighth acquisition since partnering with O2 Investment Partners in January 2023.

Covenant has served the Nashville area for 13 years and cleans 4 million square feet of space daily across a variety of end markets. The company specializes in janitorial services, contract cleaning, floor care, tile and grout, pressure washing and maintenance services.
