DALLAS -- Braemont Capital, an investment firm that partners with companies at growth inflection points, has made a strategic investment in TEC Services, LLC, a provider of essential janitorial and sanitation services to the grocery and food distribution end markets.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
