NEW YORK -- RF Investment Partners, a growth capital investor, has acquired S&K Building Services, a provider of window cleaning, pressure washing, and metal/glass restoration services to multi-story commercial properties.

The partnership deepens RF’s portfolio in the essential services sector, representing one of RF’s key investment theses.

Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, S&K has an extensive network of strategically located branches across the Midwest, Southeast, and Northeast regions of the U.S. and has established itself as a trusted partner for commercial maintenance solutions.

Under the leadership of founder and CEO Scott Spidel, the company has experienced remarkable growth, expanding over 25 years from a single location to 17 unique branches across 11 states.
