Fernández de Córdoba said the company sees the importance and potential of the U.S. market. “The opportunity is huge,” she said, and after having stabilized margins, “we are now able to grow in a sustainable way.” Next step is to grow in a healthy way, shooting for 10 percent growth in 2025. She called it an interesting challenge, adding that part of her mission is “leadership development” and an accountable culture. Support has to come from the top, she said. “Give people the right tools for daily operational control. Margins are so narrow there’s a need for daily control.” She said she’ll also be concentrated on innovation and technology that tells managers where employees are, verifying and tracking their tasks, and monitoring for quality and performance. Quality Control She sees growth in big facilities like airports, and seeks to grow with current customers, “geographically and organically” through word of mouth and transparency. She characterized Grupo Eulen as “big, but small at the same time, though its investment in the U.S. reflects a “commitment to grow with our customers and our employees.” For more, go to www.eulen.com. |
