4M Completes Purchase of Brokate

ST. LOUIS -- O2 Investment Partners have announced that 4M Building Solutions, a full-service commercial cleaning and janitorial services provider, has completed the acquisition of Springfield, Missouri based Brokate Janitorial.

Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Brokate represents a strategic addition to 4M’s platform by bridging a geographic gap between St. Louis, MO and Kansas City, MO. This partnership enables Brokate to leverage 4M’s operational infrastructure to scale efficiently.

Brokate has been serving the Midwest since 1995 and cleans more than 3 million square feet per day in buildings ranging from 1,000 to 300,000+ square feet. The Company specializes in janitorial services, disinfection services, hard floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, day porters, window cleaning, exterior cleaning, and maintenance services.

Brokate marks 4M’s ninth acquisition since partnering with O2 Investment Partners in January 2023.
