RADNOR, PA -- Since Aramsco, a distributor of cleaning tools and equipment, became aware of Jon-Don’s plans to cease its operation this month, it has been working to provide minimal disruption to Jon-Don’s customers.
Aramsco has purchased assets of the Jon-Don business, including accounts receivable and inventory, and has hired many former Jon-Don employees with the goal of providing customers with a seamless transition.

In anticipation of certain changes that may impact Jon-Don customers, Aramsco is trying to answer the following:
1. What if I was a Jon-Don customer?
Aramsco is ready to serve you and provide a seamless transition. We’ve hired a number of the customer service representatives and sales professionals with whom you are already familiar. Please call us and let us know how we can help serve you best.
2. What if I am a customer of another one of Jon-Don’s brands, divisions or business units?
For the following brands:
Norkan Industrial Supplies (Norkan), Coatings Hub, Dynamic Diamond Tooling (DDT), CRT Industrial Equipment (CRT), ProCrete, and Quest Building Supplies (Quest): All of the above information applies.
For USAClean (USAC), Aramsco has purchased assets of that business and has hired all of its employees. They will continue to operate under the USAC brand as it has. This business will operate as one of Aramsco’s business units.
For Factory Cleaning Equipment (FCE), Aramsco was not able to hire any of its employees and did not acquire any of its assets, inventory or receivables. Inquiries regarding FCE can be directed to your existing contacts at that company.
3. Where do I send my outstanding payments?
Please continue to make payments for your outstanding Jon-Don invoices in the same way you’ve been sending payments. In the next few weeks, you will receive correspondence from Aramsco with updated payment instructions. IMPORTANT: For security purposes, please make sure to call your primary sales, customer service or credit representative to verbally confirm the new payment instructions.
4. What if I had credit terms with Jon-Don?
If you already have credit terms with Jon-Don, and your account is in good standing, those credit terms will be honored by Aramsco. If you would like to establish credit with Aramsco or have your credit terms reviewed, please complete and submit the Credit Application using this link. Note: credit terms are subject to change at Aramsco’s discretion.
5. How do I access my past order history?
Please reach out to a member of the Aramsco Customer Service team for assistance.
6. What will happen to my pending orders?
Orders with on-hand available inventory will be shipped, and back-ordered inventory will be fulfilled by Aramsco. Completed serviced equipment should be picked up by customers within two weeks.
7. What if I had an open service order, prepaid, or had made a deposit for certain goods or services?
Aramsco will honor pre-payments and deposits made to Jon-Don. We have established a process for validating those arrangements with Jon-Don. Please contact service@aramsco.com.
Since Jon-Don announced its closure, we have been working tirelessly to provide continued employment to as many Jon-Don employees as possible; fortunately, we were able to hire many members of the former Jon-Don team.
