KENNESAW, GA -- Carrier Abound has launched some new professional services connected to its award-winning, AI-powered Abound Predictive Insights solution that integrates BACnet automation systems.

These new services, called Abound Advisory Services and Abound Managed Services, help customers proactively reduce their energy spend, extend equipment lifespans, and improve occupancy comfort across a building portfolio.

The Abound Predictive Insights solution integrates seamlessly with BACnet building automation systems (including Carrier i-Vu and Automated Logic WebCTRL), to deliver actionable intelligence that helps optimize the performance of the connected assets. Actionable insights are available within 4-6 weeks from the date of data connection.

HVAC assets of all types are supported, including chillers, rooftop units, air handlers, variable air volume (VAV) boxes, unit heaters, heat pumps, fan coil units, and air conditioners. Supported building assets include refrigerated cases and walk-in freezers. Supported building automation assets include BAS servers, controllers and routers.

While customers can act on the provided insights themselves using the self-service Insights Assistant app, some do not have the bandwidth or expertise to act on them themselves. The new expert-guided services, offered for an additional fee, empower customers to effectively implement insights and enhance facility performance and efficiency.
