4M Closes on Miracle Clean and FKI Buys

ST. LOUIS -- 4M Building Solutions, a janitorial services platform, has completed its acquisition of Akron, Ohio based Miracle Clean Services and FKI Cleaning Services of Washington, Missouri.

Terms of the investments were not disclosed.

Miracle has been serving the Northeast Ohio region since 2013 with a team of 71 dedicated professionals and long-tenured client contracts. The company specializes in janitorial services including trash disposal, disinfecting tables and chairs, sanitizing floors, dusting, detail vacuuming, and restroom cleaning for clients in corporate-owned facilities, multi-tenant buildings, and retail, healthcare, and industrial manufacturing environments.

FKI has been serving the Greater St. Louis, Missouri metro-area since 2010 with a team of dedicated professionals and long-tenured (average 6+ year) client contracts. The company is a customer driven organization specializing in janitorial services including building maintenance services, floor finishing and restoration, and construction clean up and prep for clients in office buildings, schools, financial institutions, small business, manufacturing, houses of worship, and medical facilities.

Miracle and FKI marks 4M’s 10th and 11th acquisitions since partnering with O2 Investment Partners in January 2023.
