Dumond Acquired by Revel Street, Current Execs

DOWNINGTOWN, PA -- Dumond, Inc., a provider of environmentally responsible paint removal and surface preparation solutions, has announced a significant development in its corporate structure.

The company's current management team, alongside a group of experienced investors from Revel Street Partners LLC has acquired all outstanding shares of the company from its original founder.

The transaction officially closed on Monday, July 28, 2025. Details of the deal have not been disclosed.

Since 1981 Dumond has been a pioneer in the development and supply of innovative, eco-friendly products for paint removal, surface preparation, specialty cleaning, and graffiti removal.

The new ownership structure also brings experienced leadership from Revel Street Partners into key roles: Todd Way joins as Chief Financial Officer, and Doug Bowman has been appointed Executive Chairman of Dumond.
