CHICAGO – Reflecting its growth and evolution JLL Work Dynamics, has promoted Justin Sandherr to Managing Director, within its Consumer Goods and Services division.
In his elevated role, Sandherr will lead with two key priorities: developing and executing comprehensive real estate strategies for consumer goods and services companies, and enabling broader JLL growth through specialized sector expertise.
This includes real estate management services like workplace and facilities management across office, manufacturing, industrial and retail asset classes.

In Sandherr’s nine years at JLL, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional account management capabilities and strategic leadership. As Segment Lead for Consumer Products over the last year, he successfully managed key client relationships that continue to strengthen under his guidance, including restructured renewals, expanding services and driving efficiencies for clients.

JLL’s recent 2025 Occupancy Planning Benchmark Report revealed shifting workplace strategies as hybrid adoption declines. For Consumer Goods and Services organizations, the report found that 57% of employees now work in the office three to five days per week, compared to 51% across all industries. The top three occupancy planning goals of the year for Consumer Goods and Services organizations are improved reporting, portfolio cost reduction and improvements in space data accuracy.
