MILWAUKEE -- CleanPower, L.L.C., a facility services provider and subsidiary of Marsden Services, L.L.C., has acquired Advance Janitorial, a contractor operating in Wisconsin and headquartered in Wisconsin Rapids.

The acquisition was completed on August 1, 2025. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The acquisition of Advance allows CleanPower to expand its services in Wisconsin. In business since 1975, Advance offers janitorial services, including specialty services such as floor care, carpet care, pressure washing, light maintenance, and related services. The company also warehouses, resells, and delivers janitorial supplies to local customers.

Advance Janitorial has approximately 50 employees.

“We’re excited to welcome the Advance Janitorial team,” said Tom Kruse, Marsden’s chief development officer. “This is a great group of people with a passion for the industry and serving their clients. Advance Janitorial is still serving its first customer – that’s an incredible testament to its commitment to customer service.”

Advance Janitorial’s former owner and CEO, Brian Nickel, is involved in the transition and is remaining on staff as an executive overseeing Advance Janitorial’s operations.

CleanPower is a facility services provider, offering janitorial, window cleaning, special services, building maintenance, and integrated facility services. CleanPower operates throughout Wisconsin and the surrounding areas.
