Carder to Replace Murch as 4M CEO

ST. LOUIS, MO -- 4M Building Solutions, a commercial cleaning and janitorial services business, has appointed Leonard Carder as its new chief executive officer.

Carder will lead the company through 4M’s next phase of growth and development, succeeding Tim Murch, who will remain in an advisory role and continue to assist in the firm’s successful growth initiatives.
Carder has more than 30 years of experience in the facility services sector with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Previously, he served in executive leadership roles at several nationwide firms, including Watterson, Aptive Environmental, REEF Technology, and ABM Industries.

In these roles, he was focused on developing enterprise-wide value and impact, resulting in several successful exits.
