Modern Niagara and Best in Class Join Forces

LENEXA, KS -- Modern Niagara Building Services, a provider of HVAC maintenance, repairs, and mechanical services, has entered into a definitive agreement to join Best in Class Technology Services, LLC.

With the transaction expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, MNBS will operate as a division of BCTS, creating a comprehensive North American platform. As part of this partnership, Modern Niagara the parent company of MNBS, will become one of BCTS's largest shareholders.

BCTS is a provider of industrial and commercial services, specializing in mechanical contracting, facility maintenance, and integrated solutions across North America.

MNBS is the service division of Modern Niagara, one of Canada's largest HVAC construction companies. MNBS has built a strong reputation in HVAC maintenance and repairs, retrofit projects, plumbing, electrical, controls, fuel oil and other services across five major Canadian markets: Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, Edmonton, and Vancouver.
