ISS Names Velo SVP for Sales in North America

CHICAGO, IL -- ISS, a global provider of workplace and facility management services, has named Brian Velo Senior Vice President of Sales for its North America business.

Velo will be responsible for delivering curated, experience-driven, facility management, workplace and culinary solutions across the U.S., accelerating the company’s growth by expanding relationships with existing clients and introducing new organizations to ISS’ offerings.

Velo will oversee a national team of professionals focused on delivering tailored, high-impact solutions for current and prospective ISS clients, providing guidance on sales strategy for national accounts across ISS.

“Brian has built a reputation as being highly attuned to client needs, curating solutions to improve their employee experience through integrated facilities management,” said Steve Quick, CEO, ISS Americas. “His proven track record of finding ways to improve and streamline the sales process will be a strong asset as he brings that same impact to this role.”

Before joining ISS, Velo was responsible for enterprise solutions as senior managing director at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions. Prior to that, at Cushman & Wakefield Global Occupier Services, Velo oversaw new business development for the eastern region of the U.S. as an executive vice president.

He has also held consulting roles at both JLL and Deloitte, where he advised leaders on real estate facility operations and business strategy.

Velo holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver in Denver, Colorado.
