Johnson Joins Rite-Hite via Acquisition

MILWAUKEE, WI -- Rite-Hite Holding Corporation has acquired Johnson Equipment Company, of Dallas, TX with 300 employees at 15 regional offices in Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Mississippi and Mexico.

The deal is one of the largest acquisitions to date for the industrial equipment manufacturer. Founded in 1959 by Marvin L. Johnson, the family-owned company has grown alongside the Rite-Hite business through the years.
