Valcourt Group Welcomes Omega Waterproofing

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Valcourt Group, a provider of commercial waterproofing, exterior maintenance, and façade restoration services for commercial properties, has acquired Omega Waterproofing LLC of New Braunfels, Texas.

The partnership expands The Valcourt Group’s waterproofing footprint in one of Texas’s most active regions and enhances its capabilities in building repair and restoration.

Founded in 2020, Omega is a fast‑growing specialty contractor providing below‑grade waterproofing, concrete and masonry repair and strengthening, expansion joints, coatings, tuckpointing, and epoxy injection services.

The company serves K‑12 schools, higher education, healthcare, and commercial clients primarily throughout the San Antonio–Austin corridor and south to Corpus Christi.
