The enhancement allows building service contractors (BSCs) and in-house service providers to assign different levels of importance to inspection tasks and facility areas, so scores more accurately reflect cleaning priorities and client expectations.

The enhancement builds on Janitorial Manager’s existing Quality Checks capabilities, which support recurring and open inspections, QR code and NFC tag-based inspections, customizable scoring systems, photo attachments and performance analytics.

With Weighted Scoring, organizations can assign higher values to critical areas like lobbies, restrooms, healthcare spaces or other high-visibility and compliance-focused environments. Inspection weights can be configured globally, by location or by individual inspection without changing how supervisors complete inspections in the field.

This feature also gives managers greater transparency into how scores are calculated, which helps teams communicate performance expectations more clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
