Retired CEO Joins Board of Pilot Chemical

CINCINNATI -- Pilot Chemical Company has named retired CEO Mike Clark to its Board of Directors, effective April 15, 2026.

A seasoned chemical industry executive, Clark brings more than 40 years of experience across sales and marketing, business development, strategic planning, and operations leadership.

He most recently served as Pilot’s CEO and retired from the company on December 31, 2025. After joining Pilot in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer, Clark held several key leadership roles.

He was promoted to President in 2019, assumed the role of President and COO in 2021, and was named Chief Executive Officer at the start of 2022. Clark led the company for three years before his retirement.

The addition of Clark to the Board supports Pilot’s continued focus on long-term strategy, governance, and disciplined growth.
