“The building service contractor segment continues to be a primary focus for us,” said John Swigart, President and CEO, Spartan Chemical Company, “Doug has made valuable impact as regional manager in our Arizona region, and we’re excited to see him bring that same dedication and leadership to our building service contractor team.”

Pfaff was promoted to the role of west coast building service contractor manager and brings extensive industry knowledge to his new role, having served as a Spartan Chemical regional manager in the Arizona region over the last five years.

Prior to Spartan, Doug worked as the director of business development with Karcher North America, Inc. He called on their largest national and regional distributor partners; growing sales from 9 million to 24 million during his tenure.

Pfaff holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Arizona, in Tucson, AZ.
