C&W Hires Global Head of Data Center IFM

CHICAGO -- Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate services firm, has named Rich Okoney its Global Data Center Practice Lead in the firm’s Integrated Facility Management (IFM) Service Line team.

Based in Connecticut, Okoney will report to David Bukovac, Global Head of IFM.

He has over 20 years of experience in programmatic development and in managing the maintenance, operations, construction and engineering of critical facilities, data centers and large global portfolios.

Most recently, he was with JLL, where he led the Global Data Center and Critical Environments Practice.
