Imperial Dade Completes Buy of Enterprise Paper

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario -- Imperial Dade Canada, a distributor of food service packaging, janitorial supplies, industrial products, and facility solutions, has completed its acquisition of Enterprise Paper Holdings, Ltd.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 1973, Enterprise Paper is a distributor of paper, packaging, and janitorial products with locations in British Columbia and Alberta.

Through this acquisition, Enterprise Paper customers will continue to receive the high-touch service they have come to expect while gaining access to Imperial Dade Canada’s expanded portfolio of products, solutions, and supply chain capabilities.
