LAS VEGAS -- Ware Malcomb, an international design firm, has opened a Las Vegas office, part of its Southwest Region, bringing the total number of Ware Malcomb offices in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Brazil to 30. “The Las Vegas office strengthens our ability to serve this growing area, bringing a local presence to a market where we have completed multiple projects and have many existing clients,” said Ken Wink, CEO. “The opening of our 30th office marks a significant milestone for Ware Malcomb, and we look forward to building and expanding our portfolio in this important region.” Andrew Martin has been named regional manager for the new office. In this new role, he will lead and manage the Las Vegas office, bringing extensive experience across multiple project types and a strong portfolio of work in the region. He previously owned his own architectural practice, completing projects across hospitality, office, multifamily, restaurant, industrial, and tenant improvement sectors. “The greater Las Vegas metropolitan area is experiencing growth across all market sectors and is a maturing city attracting more residents seeking an active outdoor lifestyle in the Mojave Desert,” said Martin. “With prominent sports teams now located in Nevada, development has surged, and there is much more to the city's culture than the Las Vegas Strip.” Martin received his Master of Architecture from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is a licensed architect in Nevada, as well as an active member of NAIOP. His local reputation and established client relationships will help strengthen Ware Malcomb's presence in the market and support continued growth. Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a dynamic, forward-thinking commercial real estate design firm providing professional architecture, interior design, civil engineering, branding, building measurement, structural engineering and MEP engineering services to clients throughout the world.
