Solbridge Notes Anniversary of Del Sol Purchase

AUSTIN, Texas -- Solbridge Capital, a holding company, has marked a milestone in its development as a multi-market, facilities-services platform.

The company, which was formed to acquire, operate, and grow service companies with strong customer relationships, announced the one-year anniversary of its acquisition of Del Sol Inc., a Washington-based facilities services company for public-sector, commercial and institutional clients across the Pacific Northwest.

Through its operating companies, Del Sol Solutions and Del Sol Inc., Solbridge supports clients with janitorial operations, facility maintenance support, floor care, post-construction cleaning, and related building services.

Together, Solbridge Capital’s operating companies support approximately 300 employees and serve commercial, institutional, federal, state, and municipal facilities clients across Texas, the Pacific Northwest, and select additional markets.
