OKLAHOMA CITY, OK -- Climate Control Group (CCG) has named Tim Hammond executive vice president of engineering & product development with responsibility for advancing the company’s product and technology strategy, and strengthening collaboration across its businesses.
In this expanded role, Hammond, who brings 25 years of HVAC experience, will focus on aligning customer and market needs with CCG’s long-term product and technology strategy.
Key priorities include accelerating innovation, strengthening product development and commercialization, expanding shared technologies and capabilities across CCG businesses, and creating greater alignment around long-term product roadmaps and investments.
“Tim brings a strong combination of technical expertise, product leadership and commercial perspective to this role,” said Dan Ellis, CEO of Climate Control Group. “He understands how to connect customer and market needs with technology and product development. Hammond will also focus on strengthening the people, tools and processes that support product development across CCG, creating an environment where teams can innovate while executing with greater speed, discipline and accountability.
