CHICAGO – In time for this week’s season opener, the Chicago Bears have formed a strategic partnership with Grainger, a distributor of MRO products and services, to create a bond between two deeply rooted Chicagoland institutions.
Both headquartered in Lake Forest, IL, the Bears and Grainger share a commitment to the Chicagoland area, creating enhanced opportunities for fan connection, community involvement, innovation, and a connected pursuit toward championship-level execution.
“We are excited and grateful to announce our partnership with Grainger, a world-class operation and organization that shares in our commitment toward best serving the Chicagoland area,” said Matt O’Brien, senior vice president of commercial revenue for the Bears.
“The Chicago Bears and Grainger share a passion for creating a meaningful impact on our community, as well as developing world-class experiences and opportunities for Chicago Bears fans, beyond just gameday,” said O’Brien.
Through the partnership, Grainger will get prominent placement across all Chicago Bears multimedia platforms. Since the commencement of Chicago Bears Training Camp in July, Grainger’s branding has been displayed and present at Press Conferences at Halas Hall, as well as throughout Preseason broadcasts on television and radio, and in-stadium signage.
Grainger will also be sponsoring the Chicago Bears’ Bears Huddle program, which highlights community service opportunities to strengthen the Chicagoland region.
“We’re excited to partner with the Chicago Bears and connect with customers, communities and fans through one of the most recognizable organizations in professional sports,” Barry Greenhouse, senior vice president, Brand, Online Experience and Assortment for Grainger. “Every day, Grainger helps keep businesses running with the products, services and solutions our customers depend on, and this partnership gives us a new way to engage with and celebrate the people behind that work—the ones who get it done.”
W.W. Grainger, Inc. serves more than 4.6 million customers worldwide with maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) products and value-added solutions delivered through innovative technology and deep customer expertise.
The Company reported 2025 revenue of $18 billion.
