Network Names Hernandez CFO

SCHAUMBURG, IL -- Network Distribution, a B2B distributor, has promoted Eric Hernandez to Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

He will join Network’s Executive Leadership Team and oversee the company’s financial operations, strategy, and long-term growth initiatives.

Hernandez is an accomplished financial leader with over 23 years of experience. Since joining Network in 2024 as Vice President of Finance, he has demonstrated a strong strategic mindset and commitment to innovation and operational excellence, helping strengthen the company’s financial position and advance key business objectives across the organization.

In March, Network completed an acquisition of Packaging Distributors of America (PDA), significantly expanding its scale in industrial packaging, JanSan and foodservice distribution.

The merger brings PDA’s network of 80 North American locations into Network, with the combined organization continuing under the Network Distribution name. At the time, the companies said the merged organization represented approximately $28 billion in global revenue.

Network now reports worldwide revenue of $29.5 billion and more than 800 distribution centers across over 52 countries.

Known for his collaborative approach, he has built strong relationships with Network ’s members, customers, and suppliers and is widely respected for his ability to foster partnership and drive results.
