ROSEMONT, IL -- Early-bird registration is officially open for the 2027 ISSA Clean Advocacy Summit, the advocacy fly-in event for the cleaning and facility solutions industry, April 12-13 in Washington, DC. Hosted by ISSA, the association for cleaning and facility solutions, the two-day summit brings industry leaders from across the country to Washington to learn, connect, and advocate for policies that strengthen the industry. This year, more than 140 attendees from 30 states met with more than 150 congressional offices on Capitol Hill. In 2027, ISSA is aiming even higher—bringing together 150+ industry leaders to advocate on the issues that matter most to cleaning businesses, including workforce shortages, supply-chain challenges, healthy-workplace incentives, and more. “Decisions made in Washington have a direct impact on our industry and the strongest voice lawmakers can hear is yours,” said John Nothdurft, ISSA Vice President of Government & Public Affairs. “The Clean Advocacy Summit gives our industry the opportunity to speak with one powerful, unified voice. The more leaders who join us on Capitol Hill, the greater our impact.” The summit also serves as the capstone celebration of International Cleaning Week, March 21-27, and includes the second annual ICW Awards Dinner on April 12, recognizing individuals and organizations making a difference for the cleaning industry. What to expect Day Two — Take the Industry’s Voice to Capitol Hill: Put your training into action by meeting face-to-face with members of Congress and their staff to advocate for policies that support your business, workforce, and industry.
