CHICAGO & ZUG, Switzerland – Amrize, a $12 billion provider of professional building supplies, has named Mario Gross President, Building Envelope, effective September 11, 2026.
He succeeds Jake Gosa, who is stepping down from the role and is committed to a smooth transition.
Gross has been a member of Amrize’s Executive Committee as its Chief Supply Chain Officer since the company’s listing on the NYSE in June 2025.
He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Building Envelope business from 2024 to 2025, where he led operations to establish the segment as a leading provider of commercial and residential roofing, weatherproofing and insulation systems.
Prior to that, he served in various commercial and operational roles of increasing responsibility at Holcim and Sika.
